Bilateral Cooperation

The Ministry of Communications and Informantization cooperates on a bilateral basis with the Communications Administrations of other countries. The most fruitful bilateral cooperation develops with the countries with which the Republic of Belarus has the largest traffic exchange of telecommunication and mail items. Legal instruments of such cooperation are intergovernmental agreements and interdepartmental international treaties.
