On May 28, the third meeting of the expert group on preparation of the Fourth Meeting of Heads of Ministries and Departments of the SCO Member States Responsible for ICT Development was held. The meeting was chaired by China. Representatives of the SCO Secretariat and SCO Member States took part: Belarus, Russia, India, Pakistan, China, Iran, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The Republic of Belarus was represented by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Xiaolei, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The participants agreed on the draft documents of the Fourth Meeting, and considered the draft Action Plan of the SCO Member States in the field of digital transformation.
