The 28th Universal Postal Congress opened in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on September 8. For two weeks, Dubai will become the capital of the international postal industry.
On September 4, 2025, the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Kirill Zalessky held a meeting with the delegation led by the Deputy General Director of the digital technology company Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd. (People's Republic of China) Liu Guoqiang.
