The Unified Register of Licenses was created on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 2, 2019 No. 326 "On improving licensing". The norms established in the Decree are aimed at eliminating excessive regulation, optimizing licensing procedures, simplifying the requirements and conditions for license applicants and licensees. Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 24, 2020 No. 365 approved the regulation on the procedure for the establishment and operation of the Unified Register of Licenses. The unified register of licenses is an information system that contains data about issued licenses, updates and amendments to them, news about suspension, renewal, expiry, and revocation of licenses as well as other data that should be provided under the legislation. The register already contains over 50,600 licenses.
