The Agency for Servicization and Reengineering Open Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Agency, the Company) was established in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated November 15. 2021 No. 646 "On Reducing the Administrative Burden and Digitalization of Administrative Procedures" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 646), is a commercial organization, a resident of the Hi-Tech Park and a member of the Scientific and Technological Association Infopark.
The main tasks of the Agency in accordance with the Regulation on the activities of the specialized agency "Agency for Servicization and Reengineering", approved by Resolution No. 646, are:
unification and digitalization of project management processes;
design, creation, operation, modernization and contractual development of information resources (systems) and digital platforms intended for the implementation of administrative procedures;
comprehensive analysis and preparation of proposals:
- to reduce the administrative burden on business entities and citizens by reducing and simplifying administrative procedures, reengineering business processes for administrative procedures, reducing the time required for administrative procedures, and issuing permits;
- on the development of draft legal acts related to the implementation of administrative procedures;
participation in the implementation of measures to digitalize administrative procedures;
creating and maintaining registries;
other tasks assigned to the Agency in accordance with the legislation and instructions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition to the tasks implemented pursuant to Resolution No. 646, the Agency participates in the implementation of digital development activities as a developer of information systems (resources) and digital platforms, including those designed to implement administrative procedures.
The Agency is the owner and operator of the automated information system "Report" and the automated information system "Registries".
The Agency has implemented a quality management system according to the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard and an information security management system according to the STB ISO/IEC 27001-2016 standard.
The Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus has granted the Agency a license to carry out activities on technical and (or) cryptographic information protection.
